Welcome to Nique. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Governing Law
All transactions and interactions with Nique are governed by Australian law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Australian legal standards.

2. Discounts, Promotions, and Returns
To request an exchange, email us at customercare@niqueclothing.com.au with your order details. Please note that refunds are not available for exchanges, but we offer store credit.

Sale Items: Sale items are exchangeable for size or store credit only, unless they are faulty, unsafe, or significantly different from the description provided.

Final Sale Items: These items are non-returnable and non-refundable, so please choose carefully.

3. Payments
All transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD), and payments are accepted via VISA, Mastercard, and PayPal. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Free Delivery: Enjoy free shipping within Australia and New Zealand on orders over $200 AUD. Shipping fees apply to orders below this amount.

International Orders: International orders are shipped via Australia Post. Customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

Shipping Timelines: Delivery times may vary depending on location. International shipments may take longer, especially during peak seasons. You will receive tracking information upon dispatch.

5. Online Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn, and with tags attached. The items should be as they were received - the correct way out, neatly folded, buttons and zippers done up, and without smell ie perfume or other smells. 

Returns are at the purchaser’s expense, unless the item is faulty, in which case postage will be refunded.

Please Note: We do not accept returns on Final Sale items.

7. Competitions
All competition entries are subject to the specific terms and conditions provided at the time of the competition.

Nique Instant Win Competition - Terms & Conditions
a) Eligibility: This competition is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Nique and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

b) How to Enter: To enter, participants must sign up via the competition form on the Nique website or associated landing page. By signing up, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Nique, including emails and SMS, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

c) Prize: One winner will be randomly selected to receive a $250 Nique Gift Voucher. The voucher is valid for one month from the date of issue and can only be used for online purchases at niqueclothing.com.au.

d) Odds of Winning: Every valid entry has a 1 in 100 chance of winning. Each individual is eligible for one entry only.

e) Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via the email or phone number provided during sign-up within 7 days of the competition closing. The prize must be claimed within 14 days of notification, or a new winner will be selected. We may request proof of a valid winning code email in certain instances to verify the legitimacy of code usage.

f) Voucher Terms: The $250 gift voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It must be redeemed within one month of issuance. Unused balances will not be refunded or credited after the expiry date.

g) Marketing Consent: By entering the competition, you agree to receive promotional materials, marketing emails, and SMS communications from Nique. You can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link or instructions in any marketing message.

h) Privacy: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Nique’s Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

i) General Conditions: Nique reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the competition.

Scratch Card Promotion - Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
The scratch card promotion is open only to customers who make a qualifying first-time purchase. Each eligible customer will receive one scratch card per qualifying purchase.

Redemption:
Only one scratch card can be used per transaction, and it cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.

Prizes:
Prizes include:

Free shipping on your next order.
$25 off with a minimum spend of $130.
$50 off with a minimum spend of $150.
20% off when purchasing two or more T-shirts.
Each scratch card is randomly allocated one prize, and no exchanges, returns, or substitutions are allowed.

Conditions:

Prizes must be used within 30 days of receiving the scratch card.
Free shipping applies only to standard shipping.
Minimum spend requirements ($130 for $25 off, $150 for $50 off) must be met after all other discounts are applied and before shipping costs.
The 20% off T-shirts offer applies only to regularly priced items and does not apply to sale or clearance items.
General:

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without notice.
By participating, you agree to these terms and any decisions made by Nique regarding this promotion are final.
Black Friday Gift with Purchase - Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
This promotion is available to customers who make a qualifying purchase of $250 or more (before shipping and taxes) during the Black Friday Sale period. The offer is valid only while stocks last. Once the gift allocation is exhausted, no further gifts will be offered.

Gift Details:

Customers who meet the eligibility criteria will receive a free gift with their purchase.
The gift is subject to availability and may vary based on the promotion. Nique reserves the right to substitute the gift with another item of similar value if the original gift runs out of stock.
How to Claim:

To qualify, customers must spend a minimum amount $250 or more in a single transaction.
The gift will automatically be added to the order at checkout, while stocks last. No additional actions are required to claim the gift.
One gift per qualifying order. If multiple items are purchased, only one gift will be given.
Gift Availability:

Limited stock: The offer is valid only while stocks of the gift last. Once the stock is exhausted, the gift will no longer be available for the promotion.
Gifts are not available for purchase.
Nique cannot guarantee that a gift will be available after stock is depleted, even if the order qualifies.
Preference will be given to customers who have not previously received the free gift during this promotion. If the gift runs out of stock, priority will be given to first-time participants, and any subsequent orders from the same customer will not qualify for the free gift.
Exclusions:

This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers, unless stated otherwise.
This offer is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.
Returns:

If you return an order that received a free gift, the gift must also be returned along with the items in the order. If the gift is not returned, the full retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
