Australian Orders

  • FREE SHIPPING: Enjoy complimentary standard delivery on all orders over $200 AUD, ensuring your Nique products arrive at your doorstep without any additional cost.

Delivery Options and Costs:

  • Standard Delivery (Australia): $15 for all orders under $200 AUD, with an expected delivery timeframe of 5-14 business days. Orders over $200 AUD qualify for free standard delivery. Deliveries to regional areas may take an extra day or two.
  • Express Delivery (Australia): For those who need their Nique items quickly, please e-mail us on customercare@niqueclothing.com. 

We partner with Australia Post to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order's progress. During peak periods, such as our online outlet sales, there may be a slight delay.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has been processed, you'll receive an email confirmation detailing your purchase. Upon dispatch, you will receive another email or SMS with your tracking details and the estimated delivery date. International Orders

Nique proudly ships worldwide, allowing our global community to enjoy our minimalist, modern designs. We currently ship to a range of countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and many more.

Shipping Rates and Times:

  • New Zealand: Standard delivery at $20 AUD with delivery within 5-14 business days. Orders over $200 AUD receive free shipping.
  • Other International Destinations: Standard delivery is $30 AUD, with delivery times ranging from approximately 5-15 business days.

Customs and Import Taxes: Please be aware that your local customs office may hold your delivery temporarily, and import taxes or duties may apply based on the value of the goods. The recipient is responsible for these charges. For further details, please contact your local customs office.

Shipping Partners: We utilise DHL eCommerce and Australia Post International for our global deliveries, ensuring that your package arrives safely and on time. All international orders are sent via airmail, with a signature required upon delivery.

Including Traditional Place Names in Addresses

Nique acknowledges and respects the Traditional Custodians of the land. When placing an order or sending a return, you can include your area's Traditional Place Name in the ‘Company’ line of the address field. For returns to our head office, please e mail; customercare@niqueclothing.com.au.
