1. What is Nique’s shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian and New Zealand orders over $200 AUD. For orders under this amount, a standard delivery fee of $15 AUD applies. We also provide express delivery for a flat rate of $25 AUD. International shipping is available to select countries, with standard delivery fees varying by location. All orders are dispatched via Australia Post or DHL eCommerce, and you will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Upon dispatch, an additional email or SMS with tracking details will be sent to you, allowing you to monitor your order's progress. 3. What is Nique’s returns policy?
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be perfect. Full-priced items can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. 4. How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please ensure your items meet our return conditions: they should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. You can return items in-person at a Nique store or mail them back to us. 5. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are available for full-priced items within 14 days of purchase. Currently, exchanges can be made in-store or through our online returns process. Please note that sale items can be exchanged for a different size or for store credit only. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the purchase amount.
