Our Comprehensive Return Policy

At Nique, your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. We offer a flexible return policy that allows you to shop with confidence.

Return Eligibility:
Full-Priced Items:
Items purchased at full price or via pre-order can be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that the cost of return shipping is non-refundable.
Sale Items:
Items purchased during sales or with a discount code are eligible for store credit only, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. We do not offer refunds on sale items unless the item is deemed faulty.
Final Sale:
All final sale items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Handling Faulty Returns
We take great care in delivering top-quality products, but if you receive a faulty item, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately via email with your order number, photos, and a description of the fault. We will repair or replace the item at no cost if reported within 3 months of purchase. Faulty items must be returned via mail or in person.

Conditions of Return
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that:

  • The items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All returned items should be folded neatly the correct way out, with all fastenings and buttons done up and without smell of perfume or otherwise.
  • All tags are attached and intact.
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return. Non-qualifying items will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

How to Lodge a Return
Manual Returns:

Contact Customer Care at customercare@niqueclothing.com.au for return address details.
Pack the item(s) you wish to return. Items should be returned in their original packaging, where possible, to ensure safe return transit and reduce waste.
Customer Care will be in contact to process your exchange or return once the parcel has been received back.

Consumer Guarantee  Our return policy respects your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If the product you receive is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for purpose, or differs significantly from its description, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or a reduction in the product's value.
