How do I use Afterpay?
You’ll first need an account with Afterpay, you can sign up on their website or app. All you need is a debit VISA or Mastercard, to be over 18 years of age and to be an Australian resident, some eligibility criteria does apply. Can I use another form of payment with Afterpay?
Online you can use a gift card and Afterpay in one transaction. Instore you can use multiple payment options inclusive of Afterpay, keeping in mind that you may need to pay the first of four instalments in the transaction.
When will my online order be sent if I pay with Afterpay?
Once your order is finalised our team will send the order out just as any other. You can find out more about our shipping procedure here.
Can I get a refund if I pay with Afterpay?
Yes, Afterpay refunds follow our standard returns process, which you can find here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and refund the payments accordingly. If you have a question or concern about a refunded Afterpay order, please contact Afterpay support at info@afterpay.com.au
Is there a limit to how much I can spend on Afterpay in one transaction?
Afterpay provides their customers with up to $1500, what is available to you will depend meeting the eligibility criteria.
Can I use Afterpay if I am an international customer?
Afterpay is available to Australian or New Zealand billing addresses only. Customers will international billing addresses will not be able to create an Afterpay account.
