NIQUE x Brown Paper Nutrition
This collaboration brings together two areas that influence daily wellbeing - nutrition and clothing.
We at Nique have been fans of Brown Paper Nutrition for years. Jacq’s recipes and food philosophy are the kind you actually come back to. Simple, grounded, full of flavour, and designed for real life.
Jacqueline Alwill is an Accredited Nutritionist and founder of Brown Paper Nutrition, a leading Australian platform focused on women's nutrition, gut health and functional food. Her work is practical, evidence based and centred on building sustainable habits that support long term health.
At Nique, we design clothing with the same intention. Thoughtful silhouettes. Responsible fibres where possible. Garments designed to move across work, home and everything in between. Pieces that last. Pieces that layer. Pieces that simplify.
This collaboration is our way of letting the worlds of food and fashion collide, in a way that feels useful. A wardrobe edit you can rely on, paired with recipes that make the day easier.
Jacq has selected a refined edit of Nique pieces that move seamlessly through her working life. These are garments designed to simplify, tailored silhouettes, fluid separates and foundational layers that integrate without effort. Each piece was chosen for its versatility, longevity and ability to be styled multiple ways without feeling repetitive.
The result is a capsule that works hard without looking busy. Structured where it matters, relaxed where it counts. Designed to support long days, shifting roles and real schedules, pieces that feel considered, wearable and designed to last.
Nadia has selected a small edit of Jacq’s favourite recipes to sit alongside the wardrobe. Minimal steps, serious flavour, ingredient led and protein anchored.
Designed for real schedules and steady energy.

What first drew you to working in nutrition?
“I was drawn to nutrition because I saw how deeply food influences not just physical health, but confidence, mood and identity…”
What do you think is the biggest misunderstanding people have about their nutrition?
“That it needs to be perfect to be effective. In reality, consistency beats perfection every time.”
When selecting your edit from the Nique collection, how did you approach building your capsule wardrobe?
“I approached it the same way I approach nutrition, with intention and longevity in mind…”
What is your favourite piece from your edit and why?
“The Juno Pleat Shirt. It represents quiet confidence. Structured but not restrictive.”
What does supporting yourself properly look like?
“It’s about helping women trust their bodies and take up space in their lives, nourished, informed and unapologetic.”
Designed for Real LifeThis collaboration is about building foundations with clothing designed to last and nutrition habits that sustain. It’s about supporting the body through what we wear and what we eat, reducing unnecessary complexity and investing in what genuinely works. Choosing well, with intention.
