    As a long time customer I thought you may have been a little bit lenient with your return policy that your business has. I may have been one or two days late in returning on item which I purchased on line . I went into your Newtown store twice and you did not have size , so I decided to buy via the store but it would be shipped to me. I emailed the customer service team on the day that it was due back and then I got another email following day saying that you were not able to honor the refund because it lapsed. Yeah so not very happy 😏. I get there are policies but really one day late 🙄.
